Shadows of the City

Shadows of the City was the independent feature film created by the Overman team before the formation of the company. It premiered at the New York Independent Film Festival in spring 2005. You can find out more about the film and view a short trailer at www.shadowsofthecity.com.

Within the dark and brooding city exists a small group of beings that have returned from death to live an existence that goes beyond the morality of good and evil. Night after night they must sate an alien hunger for blood as they haunt dark corners of their sprawling urban world.

But now their former leader is destroyed and they must face a new order in which they control their own destiny. For Daniel (Daniel Cryer) this will be a chance for freedom and to change the old order of things, but Louisa (Kara Tobin) is less certain. She fears the influence of the power hungry Truman (Will Jasper) who quickly tries to assert his own control over the group and take the place left by their former leader, Ramone.

In the midst of this uncertainty another rises to join their number, Nathaniel (Jaimes Celt); a troubled soul unable to adapt to his new found existence . . .
